Temperature is key when delivering 55,000 kgs worth of antiretroviral drugs halfway across the world. After all, temperature is what ensures the product integrity through the entire journey. While a number of carriers turned down the challenge, we got this done by partnering with Etihad Cargo, delivering these drugs from Hyderabad to São Paulo in just one vessel.

Leveraging Etihad Cargo’s IATA CEIV certification for pharmaceutical logistics and capability to facilitate temperature sensitive shipments within the +25⁰C and -80⁰C range, coupled with our CEIV and GDP compliance, we maintained strict controls through out the journey, successfully delivering the shipment on behalf of one of India’s leading pharmaceutical manufacturer.

With the shipment’s integrity our priority, we handed the consignment to Etihad Cargo in Hyderabad, with the UAE’s national carrier transiting the shipment through Abu Dhabi International Airport and Milan’s Malpensa International Airport en-route to São Paulo. Etihad Cargo and our team collaborated to ensure data tracking and real-time status monitoring throughout the journey, hence ensuring a seamless delivery, regardless of the complexities involved. That’s how we delivered life-saving medicines halfway around the world while keeping them within the stipulated temperature at all times.
