When Citroën set up their manufacturing unit in India, they partnered us to export their gearboxes and engines to France. A specialised team dedicated their time to understand and help them, right from the packaging development stage. Because when developing a part, analysing how its density would be in a box and how the said box goes onto a pallet are crucial questions that need to be answered. Only then can the cube utilisation be optimised for a sea container. This is what sets us apart. By working on the packaging, we were able to fit in 624 gearboxes instead of just 500 in a single container. And we delivered them without any damage. Because for us at EFL, there is no ask too big.
